Well, hello!
We are handmade, hand-drawn (and handsome, I might add!) characters that have found their way on to these nifty A2 sized note cards. Who knows where we will end up next.
Each card is unique in its own way and may have slight variations, even if it is the same character, because all cards are individually drawn and made (and signed by the artist).
How were we born, you might ask? Through a moment of inspiration…I’ll let our Dad tell the story…
…It can come from anywhere. In this case, my daughter was visiting my art studio not too long ago. After complaining she was bored (at 21 years of age, nonetheless!), she found some of her old childhood ‘art’ books and started making…well, thumbprint art! She inspired me, and these characters are my take on the thumbprint art I am sure we all have done with our kids at some point. Here’s to fun, my daughter, – and our inner ‘child!’ Enjoy!
